DESIGNING A WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE ROOTED IN PEOPLE, INSIGHTS AND GROWTH
For Crisil’s 2.5 lakh sq. ft. headquarters across seven floors, we translated its brand philosophy, culture, and identity into a cohesive workplace experience. Guided by three key pillars People, Insights, and Growth and informed by behavioural science and human cognition, we created an environment designed to inspire, engage, and activate.
A GATEWAY INTO THE CRISIL EXPERIENCE
The Portico near the entrance was designed to create a powerful first impression. A large aluminium exterior installation featuring a cloud-like globe and data-inspired lines reflected Crisil’s global analytical prowess, while the backlit Crisil logo in the lobby welcomed employees and visitors into the space.
A JOURNEY THAT CONTINUES TO INSPIRE
Crisil’s journey was brought to life through a tactile timeline crafted from meticulously engraved recycled wood. Sustainability was integral to the experience, with non-biodegradable materials and toxic inks consciously avoided. The result is a visual history that celebrates Crisil’s journey, honours its legacy, and reflects a thoughtful approach to sustainability.
WHERE PATTERNS SHAPE PROGRESS
The majestic Fibonacci sequence became a visual expression of growth, harmony, and balance. Found throughout nature, from flowers to galaxies, the pattern connected Crisil’s analytical mindset with the idea of natural progression.
A CULTURAL STORY WOVEN INTO THE SPACE
Crisil Ratings’ remarkable journey was interpreted through Warli art, celebrating collective effort, insight, and resilience. Every figure and form was thoughtfully designed to tell the story of Crisil’s many milestones and achievements.
THREAD ART THAT CONNECTS IDEAS
The Thread Art Walls transform abstract ideas into dimensional artworks, using thread, form, and composition to create striking visual expressions across the workplace.
TURNING PEOPLE INTO PART OF THE ART
Through the co-creation of Mosaic Art, employees became active participants in the workplace experience. Individual contributions came together to form a larger collective artwork, creating a meaningful expression of collaboration and belonging.
INVITING CURIOSITY AND DISCOVERY
Immersive cryptic artworks transformed data into puzzles and puzzles into moments of discovery. Designed to challenge Crisil’s analytical minds, these interventions encouraged curiosity, interaction, and deeper engagement with space
A SPACE WHERE VOICES COME TO LIFE
The tree of gratitude became a participatory expression within the workplace, giving employees an opportunity to share their thoughts and messages. The 25-foot mandala-inspired artwork brought individual voices together, creating a collective expression of emotional connection.
